Which city for few hours?

Hello,

i have one day free in my schedule of excursion to Belarus. I%26#39;m sure about visiting Minsk and Vitebsk, but i don%26#39;t know what to do with this free day; i will be coming back from Vitebsk to Warsaw, so i have to choose between Orsha, Mahilyow, Baranavichy and Brest. Which of these cities you would recommend mostly? Or maybe some smaller, less known, but admirable place?

Count on your advices,

thanks.

I vote for Brest, this place at least can be called a city. Besides Brest is at a a stone%26#39;s throw from Poland.

I%26#39;d see Mir, Hrodno, Novogrodek. First is really interesting, the rest is polish ancestry. Why not change the route and go via Mikolajki then?

If from what you said, then take Brest. Historical site. And - from the guide I just bought - looks lovely ;P

Of all those Brest seems the best site for your short-term stay - the Fortress and a few museums are pretty near each other and you can then easily get back to the train station.
