try mogilev, they got pretty new pedestrian street ( clubs, restaurants, pizza places, etc). If you need more info. Here is google coordinates for where is that street starts: 53.898719,30.337291, and here is hotel you might want to stay in (5 min to downtown by the bus from there, and its right next to new hockey stadium 53.884003, 30.337206 :) )

Night life is not a strong point of Belarusian cities(except for Minsk). Gomel and Brest(bowlings, pubs, a casino) will have as many night facilities as Mogilev. Try Polotsk, there is at least one decent night club there.

Accomodation in Gomel and Brest will be 40% lower than in Minsk. Polotsk twice as low.

I never been in Brest so I don%26#39;t know anything about nightlife there, but I found Mogilev a lot more %26quot;friendly%26quot; when it%26#39;s comes to nightlife than Minsk( bars, bowling, restaurants, disco, etccc, all places within 20-30 min if walking).
