As we told before, you can obtain a tourist visa on arrival, but I really would to do everything to get visa before boarding the plane. You can PM me on this one.
The original of the invitation is submitted to the Minsk-2 airport a few days prior to your arrival.
A hotel is booked, too, and all this normally costs 40-45 USD per person.
In the course of your search you should stick to Minsk-based tour operators who have licence. Note that online credit card payments are not accepted in Belarus.
