I am currently in Edinburgh and I could not go to London for the visa application? Does anybody know that if there any other way to get the visa apart from Minsk airport? I travel to Minsk by train from Vilinus.
PS. I will stay in Minsk for onw night , so what i am needed is transit or tourism visa?

Afraid that was a wrong approach to Belarus visa solution - people out of London mailed their dockets in advance.
The only possible way to get your visa on arrival is Minsk airport. Or you can try applying in Vilnius for an urgent visa.
