going to be in Minsk for 5 days from next week and we are thinking of bringing our tennis rackets and having a game or two...
can any of the locals suggest some public tennis facilities close to the city centre??

I can advise just only a place not far from a metro station. I am doing table tennis there. But there are lawn tennis courts there too under one roof together with a swimming pool and a sauna. It%26#39;s Zhoudro str., 40. 600 metres from Sportivnaya metro station.
One more option is the Palace of tennis. But it%26#39;s far from city centre.

It%26#39;s north-western part of the city if you have a car, you%26#39;ll get there in 15 min from the city centre.
If not - then you got to go to Nemiga metro station and then go by bus(7-8 stops)
