I believe you will be able ot hire an English-speaking driver in Minsk, since you will land in Minsk (presumably). The only thing: it is going to cost a lot.

I am most likely coming through Brest.
I found a service in Minsk - but they would like to charge time from Minsk.
So I would prefer a service out of Brest.
