I believe it must be a train to Brest and then a shuttle bus to Grodno.

Yeah, and old ladies at the reception usually have a distinct Polessian accent))

The rooms in such hotels usually do not have hot running water only cold one, there is no room service(maybe that%26#39;s even better no one will bother you), forget about fresh sheets every day and about a decent bathroom (I mean both American and British variants of the word).

Regretfully hotels in this part of Belarus were not built for foreign tourists rather for Soviet people not %26quot;spoilt%26quot; by the Western hotel service.

So do not expect anything special)))

Travelling in Belarus countryside one should always make allowances))
