Its an absolute nightmare to get there, we have been looking into it for ages. I saw you can go through Riga and then get a flight to Minsk. check the website skyscanner.net its pretty useful. I am looking into going too but one of main problems about the place is getting there from UK. I suppose you could always get a bus or coach from Warsaw too? aint checked into that, hope this helps

I flew from Heathrow to Minsk via Vienna with Austrian Airlines. Another alternative is Heathrow to Minsk via Prague with Czech Airlines.

Only direct UK flights to Minsk are with Belavia, from Manchester (two flights per week) and Gatwick (one flight on Wednesdays and 1 flight on Sundays).

I hope this helps.

Hi,

Gatwick and manchester are far from me. i would have prefered stansted but i have no choice and will have to go with the flights from heathrow. Belavia are too expensive £351. I just wish there was a easier way i hate having to rely on flight transfers with all the wasted time at airports

Prices for flights are too expensive but I think your best going with my option, saw flights from Lpool to Riga = £12 and then flights to Minsk from Riga for £60 and they are all return flights! you should have cheap flights from a London airport for around the same price I would imagine? all other ways cost way too much plus at least you get to see another country??

Book in advance and you can get Austrian Airlines or Czexh Airlines for less than £240 return.

I%26#39;m going in 2 weeks time Heathrow to Minsk via Warsaw with LOT and returning Minsk to Heathrow via Vienna with Austrian for £218.

I am surprisd Belavia so expensive.

Will look into Riga though - problem might be only 1 flight per day from Riga to Minsk, so might have to stay overnight.

Check skyscanner.net but ryanair flights have been removed so you will need to check their website directly.
