Is it easy to change GB Pounds to Belarus currency at Bureau de Change in Minsk? A friend of mine who has been recently told me not all of them accepted british money. Are there plenty of cashpoint/ATM machines?

Naturally major hotels house exchange offices but not everywhere in the city.
Yes, take the cards - there are plenty of ATMs in town. Just make sure you authorize them for withdrawal when you are abroad. I had a Briton who came with friends but failed to get funds presumably because he hadn%26#39;t.

Yes, airport is a nice way to lose some money with their currency exchange rate.
