I%26#39;m assuming that there are still o hostels as such in Belarus: any recent travellers there have tips for budget accommodation in Minsk and Brest?

Just back from Brest and Minsk, cheapest hotel I found in Brest was Bug (=name of the river) for 18 EUR single. In Minsk try hotel Zvezda for 18-20 EUR single.
