Up to date info Minsk?

im just wanting up to date info about a few things as i will maybe visit Minsk in April for 5 days.

Can any of you good people tell me,

1, rough price of medium range hotel in Minsk?

2, rough price of meal and drink in food places, and are there many places to eat out?

3, Do many people speak English in Minsk?

4, is it a hospitable place for tourists?
