Visa dates

Hello.

I understand that you have to be very specific re dates when applying for a visa. If, for some reason, I was delayed in arriving in Belarus (eg. a day later than stated on my visa) would that prevent my entry to the country?

Nope, you don%26#39;t have to be specific. For short-term visa you are give 30 days so if you lets say arriving there July 10 and leaving July 20, you can fill out your visa APPLICATION from like July 5th to august 1st ( remember UP TO 30 days), I did it many times before, never had a problem.
