Mobile Phone

Hi! I have just received my visa for Belarus and will be leaving in 2 weeks. I would like to buy a mobile phone to use during my stay there. Is it possible to buy a phone that uses pre-paid phone cards? I do not want to sign up for a monthly service or anything. If so, which company would you recommend? Thank-you!
